These terms cover your use of OttoCart at ottocart.app, operated by 303 Analytics. By signing in, you agree to them.
What OttoCart is
OttoCart is a free, invite-only personal tool. It keeps your grocery list, looks up products and prices at the King Soopers or Kroger store you choose, and can add items to that store's cart through the Kroger API. You check out yourself in your store's app or website.
Predicted counts are estimates from the counts you've entered before. They're marked as predictions until you change or confirm them; check them before you shop.
You can save recipes to OttoCart for your own use. When you import one from a web address, OttoCart reads that page's ingredient list and keeps a link to the original; use recipes you have the right to use, and follow the source site's terms.
Your account
- Access requires an invite. An invite is for one person; please don't share it.
- You sign in with your own Google account and connect your own Kroger account. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example if the service is misused or can no longer be offered.
Your cart and purchases
OttoCart only adds items to your cart; it never places orders or charges you. Product matches, prices, sale information, and availability come from Kroger and can change or be wrong. Always review your cart before you check out. Your purchases are between you and your store, under Kroger's terms.
Acceptable use
Use OttoCart for your own household shopping. Don't try to access other people's accounts, overload or interfere with the service, or use it in a way that violates Kroger's or Google's terms.
Third parties
OttoCart relies on Google for sign-in and on Kroger for product, store, and cart services. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kroger, King Soopers, or Google. Those services may change or stop working, which can affect OttoCart.
No warranty
OttoCart is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, 303 Analytics isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for incorrect items, prices, or quantities in your cart.

Changes and ending use
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using OttoCart at any time and ask us to delete your data at jason@303analytics.com.
